Manual Content Overview

Beginning with the revision of the Mind Body connection we look more deeply into the role of stress, fear, anxiety, panic and the pain cycle. Reviewing chronic stress vs. acute stress, the role of the body mind connection in medical settings and psychosomatic illness all lead into identifying and understanding how to stay within our scope of practice.

Taking into consideration the law of Dominant Effect and Secondary Gain the pain relief pre talk is discussed in depth so as to assist in finding the most client Centered pain relief strategy. Naturally the semantics and suggestions in pain relief strategies are very important and well covered in this manual.

As this aspect of hypnosis deals with pain and stress working with medical professionals is explored and ways in which to become an effective bridge builder between the two fields.

Hypnotherapy and healing has a long history and the manual includes insights and rapports from the early days of hypnosis and science up to and including the modern age.

As pain relief and stress strategies may benefit so many areas this manual includes sections dealing with Pain relief and Children, Hypno Dontics and Hypno birthing. Including a variety of scripts to assist and guide you in successfully engaging in these areas.

As the student is required to submit and pass a practical case study the manual includes a detailed outline on how to successfully apply this technique.
