Mark has always been fascinated in the human mind and how it works. This fascination has led to success in the corporate world. In 2019 Mark decided to follow his passion and start his own Couching business, with his passion for helping people he has practiced as a life and business coach since then.

In conjunction with his coaching practice Mark has included a Hypnosis practice. Hypnosis has proven to be very effective in treating various ailments. Mark has trained through the South African Institute of hypnotism, which is the largest Hypnotism training institute in South Africa.
