I have been fascinated by hypnosis for over two decades and once I discovered hypnotherapy, it became my passion!  As a skilled hypnotherapist, I help clients tap into their inner wisdom and resources, facilitating profound transformations. Whether it’s enhancing professional skills like sales or public speaking; or addressing personal challenges such as anger, anxiety or low self-confidence; or assisting students with sports performance or exam stress, my approach is tailored to each client and my commitment is to help them achieve their desired outcome in a sensitive, ethical manner. I also offer group sessions for collective growth and healing.
