Certified Hypnotherapist (Non Medical); Certified Parts Therapy FacilitatorBiographical Info
During my adolescence I developed a curiosity in the difference between the mind and the brain, and that the mind is made up of a conscious part and an unconscious part. This led me towards my chosen career.
I studied a BA Honours in Psychology at UCT. Over the years I added on qualifications in Counselling, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness and Neuro Linguistic Programming.
I am a registered Gastropsych Practioner with the Rome Foundation’s North Carolina hypnosis protocol for Irritable Bowel Syndrome.
The greatest reward is to help people reach their true potential!
