I have been a dedicated user of hypnosis since the age of 16, drawing on its profound benefits throughout my life—including using Hypnobirthing for the natural births of my two children. I am passionate about helping people flourish, move beyond limitations, and develop deep trust in their own inner strength. Combining intuition with a grounded, compassionate approach, I guide clients on their journey of self-discovery and transformation. My practice offers personalized hypnosis sessions for individual goals as well as group Hypnobirthing classes to support calm, confident, and empowering birth experiences.
