Having been intrigued by the mind, body, spirit connection my entire life has taken me on a journey of discovery, starting with the study of psychology and culminating in the study of hypnotherapy which brings everything together in a most comprehensive manner. Hypnosis is a natural state inherent in everyone, enabling the client to connect to the subconscious mind and powerful inner resources, making client-centred hypnotherapy an amazingly effective modality. Mark has always been fascinated in the human mind and how it works. This fascination has led to success in the corporate world. In 2019 Mark decided to follow his passion and start his own Couching business, with his passion for helping people he has practiced as a life and business coach since then.
In conjunction with his coaching practice Mark has included a Hypnosis practice. Hypnosis has proven to be very effective in treating various ailments. Mark has trained through the South African Institute of hypnotism, which is the largest Hypnotism training institute in South Africa.

I am privileged to practice in the beautiful Southern Berg, in the town of Underberg. Hypnosis has convinced me it is the most powerful modality for change. I work as a counsellor and a hypnotherapist and offer hypnosis and counselling, with hypnosis now being 70% of my practice. The incredible breakthroughs that my clients and myself have experienced as a result of hypnosis has truly been awe inspiring. I work with phobias, smoking cessation, weight loss, stress, anxiety, addiction, compulsive behaviours, procrastination and much, much more – there are so many ways hypnosis can assist individuals.
